Please note that once an order is received and processed through the app or website, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be accepted for customer convenience.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued ONLY if the Company cancels the shipment due to its own operational reasons.
However, refunds will NOT be issued if the shipment is suspended, delayed, or canceled due to the following events beyond our control:
Pandemics, epidemics, or infectious disease outbreaks (e.g., Covid-19)
Sudden changes in international affairs, war, riots, or government sanctions
Natural disasters or airline/transport disruptions
Damage or Loss
In the event of damage or loss of the shipment, compensation shall be covered strictly within the limits and scope of the applicable insurance policy. The Company shall not be liable for any damages exceeding the insurance coverage.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
