How it works

  2. Enter your delivery address and luggage details.

  3. Pay securely with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

  4. We deliver your luggage to your destination.

Acceptable Package/Luggage

  • Up to 30 kg per shipment.

    Note: The weight limit is up to 20 kg for certain destination countries.

    • Length: Within 1.5 m

    • Length + Girth: Within 3.0 m

    ※Girth = 2 × (Width + Height)

    Note: Limits for the U.S. and some other countries are within 1.5m length and 2.75m length + girth.

  • We cannot accept any dangerous goods, valuables, or items restricted by international postal regulations or the laws of the destination country.

    Before booking, please make sure to read and review the full list of prohibited items on our [Terms of Service] page. If a package is found to contain prohibited items, it may be rejected, returned, or confiscated by customs, and no refunds will be provided.

Pricing

All rates are tax-exempt (no consumption tax). Please note that destination customs duties, and optional fees such as insurance and export clearance processing, are calculated separately based on your shipment's value.

Additional fees

Shipping insurance
Required for items with a declared value exceeding ¥20,000.
¥50 is charged for every ¥20,000 (or part thereof) above ¥20,000.
Example: declared value ¥50,000 → (¥50,000 − ¥20,000) ÷ ¥20,000 = 2 units → insurance fee ¥100

A flat fee of ¥2,800 applies when export customs procedures are required.
